We strive for shipping your package right to your door unless you have any other shipping requirements.

Shipping Methods

As for the shipping methods, two shipping services provided, the Standard Shipping and the Expedited Shipping. For the Standard Shipping method, the item is delivered by the local post that the shipping day is longer than the Expedited Shipping. And for the Expedited Shipping, we arrange the shipping by DHL, UPS or TNT to make sure the faster shipping and delivery.

Shipping Fee

Your shipping fee is decided by the shipping method that you choose:

1. Standard Shipping – Free shipping.

2. Expedited shipping – Depend on the weight.

Shipping Time

There are 1-2 working days as a processing period before your order shipped when your payment received. Once goods are shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to you, so that you can track your order. Normally your item could be delivered within 7-10 working days and 2-3 working days by Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping, but we feel sorry if your orders take longer due to uncontrollable circumstances such as the Winter Storm.

Tracking Methods

The online tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you when your order shipped. Sometimes the tracking information update will be delayed, please be patient and try to track your order in 24-48 hours later.

P.O Box

We only provide Standard shipping to PO Boxes. Expedited orders require a physical address.

Change of Address

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your orders. If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will update the right information for you.


All items will only be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer. Please make sure your address is correct and accurate, as well as your other information, (i.e. phone number).

All parcels will be held for picking up if cannot be signed or delivered. If the item is returned to us caused by the incorrect delivery information, the customer needs to be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.

If you find the parcel is broken when delivery, please open the parcel to check whether items are kept intact. If not, please refuse delivery. When the parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if the damage is made during transportation. If yes, we will send you a new one of the same model for exchange or fully refund your money according to your request.

If you want to return the parcel already signed by you, please email us to get the shipping address where your parcel can be returned to. We would have no responsibility for any missing parcel caused by returning to the wrong shipping address without asking for our customer support’s advice.
